...this year's Chicago Auto Show is a dud.
They hardly showed anything of interest, outside the Polestar Volvos, the new Legacy, a diesel Frontier, a GRC Beetle, an electric Soul and a diesel 7-Series.
Also, where's the Miata that was 'supposed' to be shown? I figured that fish would be dead in the water after what was shown yesterday.
Well, there's always Geneva next month...

What was Mazda showing? Just vehicles already on the market?

Try the Boston show. Aside from a small collection of exotics the most exciting car there was the Volvo wagon. Every time I asked where 'x' was I would get an annoyed look and told it was in Detroit because the shows overlap.

Miata was never supposed to be this month. Next year at Chicago is a good bet!

I must have read wrong.
Still, it was a dud.
They only showed one all new vehicle, and there wasn't much else that was even somewhat interesting (aside from the awesome Polestar Volvos, those were very awesome).

So true. Very disappointing show!
